What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Maintenance Lead position at Accurate Staffing?
Our client in Brook Park, Ohio is looking for an experienced and dedicated Building Maintenance Lead to join their team on 1st shift on a temp-to-hire basis.
SHIFT: 1st (7a-3:30p) Monday-Friday
PAY: $17/hr.
IDEAL Candidate has experience in building maintenance and is able to start immediately.
We are looking for: Candidates with Repair and Maintenance experience. Tow motor experience is a plus but not necessary. Qualifications for this position include changing light bulbs, lifting over 50 lbs, being able to move furniture on occasion, no work restrictions, mow grass, snow removal, ability to climb a ladder, painting, handy with tools, some plumbing and/or electrical experience is a plus. The candidate may be responsible for shredding sensitive information. A valid Driver's License is a Must.
Background checks: Candidate must have NO FEDERAL OFFENSES, NO THEFT, NO VIOLENT CRIMES.
The ideal candidate will be clean cut and well groomed, Experienced, Reliable with good verbal communication skills.
