Maintain good relations with clients through the use ACTI website
In charge of checking / arranging the catalog for every single model available
All catalogs should be placed properly on the catalog stand.
To have a logbook for all prospective customers (Customer logbook) for future deals
To communicate with prospective customers based on the customer logbook to keep following
up to reach deals.
To provide the customers with the contact information (ie.
Calling cards) and in-charge
of taking pictures and posting them to the website.
In charge of cleanliness and orderliness of the display area.
Inputs from customers as to their likes / dislikes and satisfaction to enhance customer
service
Maintain data on customers' information.
