We find and schedule the jobs for you, and you provide the quality craftsmanship and customer service that our clients have come to expect from us. You will work travel to job sites in Hamilton County (Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Noblesville) while driving your own Truck.

- be willing to work with Lead Craftsman and Team
- a professional appearance and demeanor
- basic knowledge of at least one of these trades is preferable - Tiling, Carpentry, Light Plumbing, Light Electrical, Painting, or Drywalling
You must also display excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact in a positive way with different types of clients, as well as fellow employees, management, and office personnel.

- Current and valid driver’s license
