- Assume a key role in the development and optimization of utilization management program, implementation of clinical pathways, lead and participate in team conferences.
- Provide expert clinical support to our talented team of healthcare professionals.

- Serve as a mentor and inspire the next generation of RN leaders.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with current state licensure, and a minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory nursing experience
- Experience in the home health setting.
- Strong understanding of medication management, disease processes, and symptom management
- Valid driver's license and current CPR certification
