Collections Representative
This position is responsible for creating solutions to collect past-due payments from customers, assisting with general billing questions, and providing excellence in customer service. The successful candidate exhibits a positive approach to all situations and remains professional in their interactions with customers. Strong attention to detail is a necessity.

Responsibilities:
- Collect on past due accounts
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always
- Follow up with customers who have payment issues
- Accurately and promptly document account activity
- Handle basic customer service issues
- Complete daily work based on established guidelines
