What you will be doing:
- Delegate responsibilities and supervise business operations.
- Monitor location activity and ensure it is properly provisioned and staffed.
- Maintain continual communication with the client, customers, and corporate leadership.
- Maintain a clean business environment, including ensuring that signage and displays are appropriately positioned, visible, and updated with accurate rates.
- Generate reports and present information to upper-level managers and/or Clients upon request.
- Participate in the hiring, training, coaching, and counseling process of team members to ensure that performance standards are met.
- Maximize profitability by controlling expenses and efficiently manage operational staff.
- Approve timecards and manage labor hours.
- Process revenue, create, and manage an annual budget and expenditures.
- Compile location sales data and coordinate with the Company’s audit team to ensure all revenue is captured timely and accurately.
- Resolve conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
- Work with vendors to ensure that the property is adequately supplied.
- Report all maintenance and equipment repairs to the client and assist as needed.
- Manage the parking areas and ensure an efficient traffic flow through the location.
What we are looking for:
- Must have at least 3 years of managerial experience.
- Experience preparing and working within a budget.
- Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a high-energy environment, handle multiple tasks, and work within time constraints.
- Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
- Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.
- Knowledge of and working skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- A 4-year college degree is preferred but not required.
