What are the responsibilities and job description for the SUPERVISOR position at Ace Parking Management, Inc.?
What you will be doing:
- Ensure that parking policies and procedures meet expectations and established standards, while maximizing profitability and minimizing financial exposure.
- Participate in the hiring, training, coaching and counseling processes of team members to ensure performance standards are met.
- Assist in the planning and directing of special event activities and staff performance.
- Respond to and resolve guest and/or visitor complaints, vehicle claims, and service discrepancies.
- Maintain continual communication with property management, customers, and guests.
- Monitor production levels and performance to implement cost reduction initiatives, while supporting a spirit of cooperation among locations and departments.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing team members on the use of equipment and resources.
What we are looking for:
- 1-year supervisory experience required.
- Prior parking experience preferred.
- Possess excellent customer service skill
- Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of and working skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to work in a high energy environment, handle multiple tasks, and work within time constraints.
