Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site technical assistance to end-users in TX Location. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing applications, managing IT assets, and supporting users in a Windows/Mac environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows and MacOS operating systems.
Assist with network troubleshooting, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity.
Set up and configure new user accounts, email, and access permissions in Active Directory & Microsoft 365.
Provide support for Microsoft Office 365 applications, Outlook, Teams, and other enterprise software.
Assist with IT asset management, including inventory tracking and procurement.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware repairs and replacements.
Ensure cybersecurity best practices by updating software, patching vulnerabilities, and monitoring for security threats.
Provide technical training and guidance to end-users as needed.
