Key Responsibilities
Sales & Relationship Management
- Identify, pursue, and acquire new business relationships across Achieva’s footprint.
- Expand and retain existing business member relationships through proactive outreach.
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with members and prospects to assess treasury needs.
- Partner with Commercial Relationship Managers and other internal teams to develop joint calling strategies and deliver holistic business solutions.
- Represent Achieva and promote treasury management services at business and community events.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, including pricing analysis and pro forma creation.
- Respond to RFPs; provide strategic input on structure, pricing, and presentation.
- Lead onboarding for new treasury clients, ensuring seamless setup and product implementation.
- Provide product training and support to business members post-sale.
- Maintain deep expertise in treasury management products, services, and regulatory changes.
- Stay current on industry trends and member cash flow management strategies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and internal resource for treasury management solutions.
- Provide backup support for the Business Banking Services Specialist, including product/service setup and technical support.
- Refer non-treasury opportunities to internal partners as appropriate.
- Manage and report on individual sales pipeline activity and performance results.
- Participate in operational exposure reviews and assist team members as needed.
- Ensure all member communications, documentation, and service follow-ups meet quality and compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
- 3–5 years of treasury management sales experience required.
- 3–5 years of treasury management service or operations experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret account analysis and build pricing models.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
- Proven success in business-to-business sales, including negotiation and relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and adapt across remote, in-field, and in-office environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with banking systems, treasury operations, and applicable regulations.
