Qualifications
- Experience in Human Services, including working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge and understanding of intellectual disabilities
- Ability to provide training and support to people receiving supports
- Empathy and patience in working with individuals and their families
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Experience in implementing individual support plans is a plus
- Background in psychology, sociology, or related field is beneficial
