Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced Professional: Minimum of 1 years of coaching experience in strength and conditioning, preferably at the collegiate or professional level (college internship preferred).
- Expertise in Exercise Science and Programming: You have a strong foundation in exercise science, exceptional coaching skills, and proven experience in creating effective training programs.
- Passionate Learner: You’re committed to staying updated with the latest trends and research in strength and conditioning.
- Versatile Experience: While our primary focus is on athletes, experience working with adults is highly valued.

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver Personalized Coaching: Coach athletes and clients using individualized programs in a small-group (4:1) setting.
- Program Development: Create individualized training programs utilizing Achieve’s proven assessment and design system, incorporating periodization principles to maximize results.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in strength and conditioning to provide the best for our clients.
- Collaborate and Contribute: Participate in regular team discussions and meetings to enhance our collective knowledge and practices.
- Off-Site Coaching: Extend your coaching expertise seasonally to local high school teams, making a positive impact in the community.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in strength and conditioning (college-level or professional experience preferred). Prior experience in program design and a basic understanding of periodization fundamentals are essential.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certifications: Possession of high-quality certifications such as CSCS or SCCC. Other specialty certifications such as USA Weightlifting (USAW), Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Postural Restoration Trained (PRT), or similar is highly desirable.
- First Aid: Valid CPR/AED certification.
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time salary range: $50,000-$55,000/yr
