As a Financial Analyst at Achieve, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Business Unit Finance Managers. You will immerse yourself in daily business operations, assist in financial planning, and analyze KPI trends. Your expertise will allow you to craft detailed reports that provide actionable insights and drive business outcomes, ensuring transparency and enhancing decision-making for senior leadership. Your contributions will be vital in implementing business strategies effectively and aligning them with Achieve's operational goals and strategic vision.

What You’ll Do

• Support Business Unit Finance Managers in revenue forecasting and annual planning, providing financial analysis that guides strategic decisions.
• Develop and refine financial models that focus on revenue recognition and cost structures, ensuring accurate and reliable financial forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze financial data and KPIs, to identify signals of risks or opportunities for the business.
• Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making and strategic direction.
• Collaborate across functions to develop comprehensive long-range financial plans, ensuring alignment with Achieve's strategic goals.
  
  

, Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

• 2 years of experience in either financial planning and analysis, investment banking, management consulting, or a similar finance function; Big 4 experience is a plus.
• BA/BS in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Strong foundational skills in financial modeling and analysis with an attention to detail.
• Experience in supporting project management tasks, maintaining confidentiality and integrity throughout.
• Background in Operations Finance, Business Operations, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to quickly respond to changing business needs and complex business environments.
• A critical thinker who can investigate financial models and offer thoughtful insights and improvements.

Work from home/hybrid:

We are proudly offering hybrid options in the San Mateo, CA, and Phoenix, AZ metro market. In other locations throughout the country, we offer work from home, like: UT, NV, WA.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000 annually benefits.
