What Youll Do
Partner with a BCBA to apply ABA teaching procedures during 1:1 sessions.
Ddeliver therapy in home, school, and community environments.
Capture accurate skill-building and behavior data in our user-friendly app.
Write concise daily session notes that keep families and clinicians aligned.
Communicate wins, challenges, and ideas openly with your BCBA and regional coordinator.

Who Thrives in This Role? Qualifications & Related Experience
We welcome candidates who are new to ABA and passionate about helping others.
You might be a great fit if you have:
A high school diploma or equivalent required)
An active RBT certification or the willingness to complete training and pass the RBT exam within 30 days of hire (we will support you)
A bachelors degree (or progress toward one) in psychology, education, social work, or a related field preferred but not required)
Experience in any of the following fields:
Childcare (nanny, daycare, preschool assistant)
Special education or paraprofessional support roles
Teaching, tutoring, or camp counseling
Mental health or behavioral health settings
Ddirect support for individuals with developmental disabilities
CNA, PCA, or home health care roles
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
A valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a level-2 background check
A sincere interest in helping children grow and thrive
