Job Summary :
- Updates, analyzes, and prepares financial performance reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually for internal customers to review actuals and forecast, as well as other key metrics
- Works with internal customers to coordinate and prepare weekly financial reports
- Works on ad hoc reporting and analysis requests as needed
- Leads, mentors, and assists others in developing skills that will lead to independent problem solving
- Reviews and identifies ways to optimize various financial reports for efficiency, accuracy, and consistency
- Develops key financial planning models. P repares presentations of the financial results for senior management review.
- Performs complex financial analyses on budgets, forecasting, cash flows, operating results, and business plans. Analyzes operating results and financial position and reports on findings.
- Assists with various FPA requests and monthly closing activities as needed
- Works cooperatively with business, functional, and technical staff to address internal and external customer requests
- Drives financial accountability with managers through education, tools and processes that will allow them to understand the impacts of their decisions
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Understands and adheres to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- 8 years related experience.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed for the job:
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and formulas a must.
- Proficiency with MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Well-organized, effective verbal and written communication skills, and ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to lead projects, be pro-active and to work independently, requiring minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills and must be detail oriented.
- Experience with IBM Cognos TM1 a plus.
