Key Responsibilities
Define and document system scope, business requirements, and functional specifications.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
Analyze enterprise-level business issues and recommend IT-driven solutions.
Support application incident resolution and escalate complex issues as needed.
Ensure SOX and IT compliance across systems and processes.
Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer plans.
Schedule and communicate system go-live activities.
Translate business and user requirements into functional, process, and data requirements.
Provide functional design support across applications, platforms, and technologies.
Serve as an IT advisor to business units and guide junior Business Analysts.
