IT Network Analyst

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • • Associate degree and three years of information systems experience. Mid-size enterprise server environment experience is required.
    • Offset: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related STEM field and two years of experience
    • Additional education may offset experience requirements.
    • VMware
    • Linux Administration
    • Computer networking (vLAN, virtual switches)
    • Core & edge switches & routers (Extreme Networks, Cisco, etc.)
    • Microsoft 365 cloud and hybrid environments
    • Proficient with Email Filtering services (Mimecast)
    • Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
    • Excellent technical skills.
    • The ability to remain up to date with the latest technology.
    • Possess analytical, problem-solving, customer service and communication skills.
    • The ability to manage stressful situations.

• Required Length and Type of Experience

  • • Minimum two years information systems experience. Mid-size workstations support experience and server environment is required.
    • Experience with personal computer architecture, interface components and telephone systems preferred.

• Required Licensure or Certification

  • • Microsoft, CompTIA, or related preferred.

• Required Physical and Environmental Demands

  • • Will be required to occasionally move up to 25lbs.
    • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
    • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
    • Ability to communicate, document, and exchange accurate information.
    • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
    • Always maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
