Ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience in:
- Providing quality repair and maintenance skills
- General Installations and Repairs including buy not limited to:
- painting skills
- Drywall repair
- Basic carpentry
- Flooring
- Plumbing-Installation & Repairs
- Basic diagnostic appliance knowledge
- Knowledge on how to work home devices (TV, Internet, Modem, Apple TV, Amazon Fire-Stick) etc.
- Knowledge and skill for working applications on smart phone to input receipts. open and close work orders.
Candidate also needs to have the following traits:
- Great attitude!
- Excellent attention to detail and great organization skills
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Ability to Plan your work, to maximize efficiency , and get more done with less stress
- Team Player - who can communicate and work with their team
