Our team of project experts, coupled with our innovative processes, allows us to handle design, installation, ongoing service, and support for properties and projects of any scale.
We are growing and seeking a Technician to join our Access Control division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, program, and troubleshoot access control systems, including card readers, keypads, biometric devices, and electronic locks.
- Mount and wire electrified hardware, such as electric strikes, magnetic locks, and electrified exit devices.
- Collaborate with integration partners and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of access control systems with existing security infrastructure.
- Conduct system testing and commissioning to ensure proper functionality and compliance with project requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on system operation and maintenance.
- Document installation activities, including wiring diagrams, configuration settings, and system test results.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in access control installation and electrified hardware is required.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for access control and security system installation.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
