Work closely with Acosta’s client base to understand present training needs, assign and execute formalized training programs, plans and curriculum that align with the business needs. Qualifications: **What you will bring to the team:** Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills. Ability to freely and as part of a team set up displays, take part in resets and remodels. Understanding & knowledge of Prepared Foods, Meat, Café, Produce, Floral, Freezer, Cooler, and Deli production skills within the clubs. Ability to influence and support leaders to implement best practices. Strong skills with Microsoft office products which include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to manage financials, including P&L responsibilities. Technical experience in core retail Fresh Foods, and/or Deli operations and/or supervisory/management preferred. Willingness to travel using valid driver’s license.
