The Retail Merchandising Representative plays a vital role in promoting nationally distributed, highly recognized products for our General Mills team, a long-standing client. Our merchandisers work directly with a counterpart from General Mills to implement and creatively display merchandise for our retailers across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Buildand stockproductdisplays.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Gain secondary shelf space.
• Build rapport with store managementandGeneral Mills Representative.
• Ensureplanogramcompliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggestorderquantities tomanagement.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be18years of age or older.
• Mustbe comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Ability toregularlylift 25lbsandoccasionally up to50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness totravel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Retail and/ormerchandisingexperiencepreferred.
