Related work experience can substitute for educational requirements. Category Management Certification preferred. **Experience:** 3-5 years of related work experience. **Skills:** Solid knowledge of the CPG industry and related tools. Proficiency in Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Advanced skills in plan **preparation** and delivering effective solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
