Job Description We have a Data Entry Analyst position open in our Quality Department starting at $16-$18/hr depending upon experience. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure daily plant metrics are entered in a timely manner (Cabinet Count, OTC, FPY, OBKA score) Ensure daily entry of shop floor data entry sheets (process monitors) Ensure weekly plant metrics are entered in a timely manner (5s audits for 11 departments. Safety audits for 10 areas) Run department level reports/pivot tables as requested (assembly build table reporting/finish performance graph/whitewood performance graph) Act as a administrator for lean information control system (LINCS) Ensure each department has adequate data collection forms for start of shift operations. update and manage LMS (Learning management software) for training database Responsible for troubleshooting data collection computer hardware and scanning issues Act as a resource for simple IT related issues/Microsoft/Email issues on the shop floor. Act as a resource for process timings/data collection Preferred Qualifications: Associates degree or higher Document Control Data entry experience Manufacturing data experience Experience with excel pivot tables Experience with excel macros/VBA Computer hardware knowledge IT experience Basic Qualifications: High school Diploma or GED Microsoft suite proficiency Basic computer hardware knowledge Why work at Cabinetworks Group?
