Busy Bee Preschool looking for a fun, creative teacher to join our Firestone team. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to gain experience in the classroom.
We are looking for a person who takes the initiative, is reliable, fun loving and detail oriented. The ideal candidate has experience in teaching children of various ages, understands the importance of good communication with both co-teachers and parents, and has a solid understanding of working as a team.
This is a part time position The hours are roughly 3-6 Monday- Thursday. (We may have some additional hours available in the future.) We will train the right individual.
We offer smaller student to teacher ratios in all of our classes. We are privately owned, not a corporate center. The administration values its staff and works along with them daily.

Duties
- Create fun and interactive learning experiences for the children
- Project a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast paced environment
- Develop strong relationships with our families
- Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met.
- Ensure a healthy classroom environment
- Demonstrate highly effective organizational, time management and multitasking skills
- Having a genuine love for children and a strong commitment to education.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Minimum of 6 months of professional child care experience
- Professional

- High level of integrity
- Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
- High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A strong understanding of child development.
- Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.( or willing to obtain)
- Must clear full background check and must pass health assessment
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
