Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess the developmental progress of each child.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience.
- Bachelors Degree, Associates Degree or CDA in Early Childhood Education or a related experience.
- Previous experience working with toddlers in a classroom setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
