Summary

Duties
- Assist in the implementation of learning activities and encourage participation by children.
- Actively engage in activities; manage cleanliness, maintenance, and availability of classroom materials.
- Help ensure smooth, daily transition from home to child care center.
- Professionally communicate with families regarding their child's day, including using the classroom tablet to enter daily communications into the Procare app.
- Follow all center policies and NH Childcare Licensing regulations.
- Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
- An understanding of child development.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Must clear full background check and must pass health screening.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional child care experience.
- ECE credits preferred with a minimum of 3 credits in Child Growth and Development or completion of a 2 year Education class in High School
- Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
