What You'll Do as a Shift Lead:
As a Shift Lead, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring every shift is a success. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Team: Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure excellent service and efficiency.
- Maintaining Quality: Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure every pizza meets our high standards.
- Managing Shifts: Delegate tasks, and ensure the team stays on track during busy periods.
- Customer Service: Create a welcoming environment and address customer needs with a smile.
- Keeping Things Tidy: Ensure cleanliness and organization in the workspace at all times. It is a big space and you are responsible for keeping it clean.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for someone who:
- Has at least 1 year of experience in a leadership or similar role.
- Is a natural leader with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can think on their feet.
- Is trustworthy, dependable, and ready to take initiative.
- Able to speak or understand Spanish is a plus!
-Flexible schedule and willing to take extra shifts if someone calls out is a plus!
- Shares our passion for delicious pizza and great customer service!
