Job Title:- Learning Strategist/Instructional Designer
Duration:- 12- Months- position (May go Longer)
Location:- Warren, Michigan
Shift:-
M-F 8am-5pm
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
MUST BE LOCAL - 3 DAYS IN OFFICE - MANDATORY
"TUESDAY/WEDNESDAY/THURSDAY"
Job Responsibilities:
• Highest level of education required: Bachelor’s degree in instructional design is better than engineering. But open to any degree.
• Years of Experience Required: Open to the years of experience
E-Learning Development (required) / Relationship building (required)
Contact Center and Customer Experience (Nice to have)

Questionnaire Learning Strategist Contractor
1) Does the candidate have proven experience conducting needs assessments and job task analyses, then designing, developing, and evaluating learning programs end to end?
2) Has the candidate used modern authoring tools (Articulate 360/Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, LMS platforms) to create digital learning solutions? Provide specific examples.
3) Can the candidate describe a time they led a cross functional learning project (business partners, SMEs, creative teams) and managed scope, timeline, risks, and final delivery independently?
