Role-Specific Highlights
Physician
• Manage your own panel of ~400 members
• Draw from an active wait list of 150 individuals ready to join
• Deliver high-touch, preventive, and relationship-based care
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Support low-severity acute concerns and routine chronic care needs with potential for broadening clinical involvement
• Ensure timely clinical responsiveness across communication channels
• Collaborate closely with physician and wellness teams for continuity
Optional Areas of Involvement (Based on Interest)
- Clinical quality oversight
- Member education or content creation
- Mentoring or precepting students and residents
- Workflow and systems development
- Lead group events supporting topics related to individual and group wellness
