Pay Rate: $125,000-135,626.50/Yearly. Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).

- Full-time, Day shift.
- 4x10-hour shifts, no nights or weekends.

Submission Requirements
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant- REQUIRED
- AONCP certification (or in process) - REQUIRED FOR NP CANDIDATES
- PA Oncology Subspecialty/Additional Oncology Training - HIGHLY PREFERRED FOR PA CANDIDATES
- Oregon license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
