Job Title: Perfusionist
Location: 1968 Peachtree Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30309
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (06:00 - 19:00)
Pay Rate: $150-$160/Hourly.
Job Duration: 12 weeks contract
Summary: A perfusionist is a specialized healthcare professional responsible for operating the heart-lung machine during cardiac and other surgeries requiring cardiopulmonary bypass. They play a critical role in maintaining the patient’s physiological state during procedures where the heart or lungs are temporarily stopped.
Requirements:
- 1 - Year experience Required,
- Obtaining a bachelor's degree,
- Graduating from an Accredited Perfusion Technology Program or approved program of Extracorporeal Technology,
- Epic experience Required,
- Certification through the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion to become a certified clinical perfusionist (CCP) Required,
- BLS Certification.
