- Extensive experience in developing and managing project plans, including defining key milestones, deliverables, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Hands-on experience leading complex, multi-layered infrastructure remediation projects, coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Skilled in leading communication efforts for project implementations, ensuring effective outreach and consistent communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working with New York State (NYS) agencies, navigating their processes and requirements effectively to drive project success.
