We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualification :

• Extensive experience as a Systems Analyst on projects involving comprehensive use case development process modeling and the creation and documentation of business rules.
• Proven expertise in applying process reengineering methodologies to define and redesign business processes particularly within largescale enterprisewide Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives.
• Skilled in leading teams to formally gather and document business requirements and business rules for future state environments ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Experience in designing and implementing IT solutions translating business needs into technical requirements and delivering effective technology solutions.
• Background as a Systems Analyst or Subject Matter Expert on Workers Compensation projects contributing domain expertise and system analysis to relevant initiatives.
• Handson experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including the creation of UAT plans scenarios and scripts to validate systems and solutions against business requirements.
• Proficient with a range of software tools including :
