Operations Assissistant

ACS is a growing office in Hummelstown, PA. We are looking for an Operations Assistant with Credentialing as the main focus. If you want to work within an up-and-coming company, we are the place for you.

Responsibilities of Operations Assissistant:

  • Interdepartmental team member supporting the Operations and Recruiting Teams: assist with the follow-up and completion of contractor's paperwork, phone calls, and data entry.
  • Audits contractor files to ensure compliance and goes after any additional, missing, expired, or incorrect documents.
  • Maintaining lists of all documentation, data entry, and assignments for onboarding
  • Contacting outside vendors and customers for professional verifications
  • Essential office duties: Scanning, faxing, emailing, filing, answering phones
  • Update and maintain the database, Excel files, Microsoft Office documents, Adobe electronic paperwork
  • Making recruiting phones calls as needed
  • This position requires someone that is organized, coordinated, and able to prioritize while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with special projects, as needed

The ideal Operations Assissistant will possess the following skills:

  • High school degree at minimum
  • Critical thinking and planning
  • Attention to detail, organized and able to multitask
  • Punctual and reliable for a full-time schedule
  • Telephone and email etiquette
  • Able to handle a large volume of incoming and outgoing calls
  • Self-motivated
  • Team-player
  • Great communication skills
  • Fast-learner
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
