Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying pest control measures to residential and commercial properties, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for occupants.
Duties:
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Operate and maintain a backpack,, and hand tools to perform pest control treatments.
- Develop and implement customized pest control plans for clients, considering factors such as property size, type, and pest species.
- Drive to customer locations to deliver services and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Provide technical support to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Keep accurate records of treatments, product usage, and customer interactions.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and vehicles to ensure optimal performance and extend their lifespan.
- Continuously update knowledge of pest control methods, to provide the best possible services.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Comply with all safety protocols and regulations.
