Description
Currently hiring an Architect for an established and awarded architecture and design firm. This person will partner with Studio Director to lead NYCHA renovation projects. They will go on site, create Construction Documents in AutoCAD, oversee a small team, and meet with external partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Architecture
Experience working with public agencies (NYCHA, DASNY, SCA, ETC)
AutoCAD, Revit is a plus
Strong technical knowledge of existing building renovation and new construction
Work Environment:
Design conscious firm, they don't just focus on production. They have won several awards in the education and housing studios.
Established firm that is well-known in NYC. They do a mix of work that is mission driven and makes a difference in the NYC community.
Mentoring & Support opportunities - They hire interns, support those studying for ARE exams, support additional educational needs, and provide lunch & learns.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $52.00
