Job Description: The Architectural Designer will be responsible for creating and adapting design plans using Revit software, ensuring compliance with building codes and standards, and incorporating client feedback. This role involves:
- Revit Design Software: Producing design plans for management and client approval.
- Adapting and remodeling designs based on client feedback.
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Ensuring all designs comply with current building codes and standards.
- Site Visits: Collecting and using measurements and dimensions from site visits.
- Integrating material data into designs.
- Team Collaboration: Working with a team of designers.
- Writing specifications or demonstrating a willingness to learn.
- Client and Contractor Coordination: Coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultant engineers to exchange needs and designs.
- Attending client meetings, presenting drawings, and collaborating on project requirements and needs.
- Considering budget, schedule, and project type for design recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a 2-year degree in architectural design.
- Must be creative, dependable, detail-oriented, consistent, and excited to work with a team.
