An award-winning architecture firm in Chicago is looking to add an Architectural Designer to their team!
Job Description:
- Will mainly work within the CD phase, some DD & SD if capable and interested
- Produce construction documents in Revit and AutoCAD including plans, floor plans, reflective ceiling plans, furniture plans; boiler plate, interior elevations, partition types, door schedules, door details, wall sections
- Collaborate with Project Managers and other team members on projects from start to finish
- Possible assistance on international building codes if experienced in this area
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or Accredited Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5 or more years of post-graduate experience
- Experience with healthcare or educational projects preferred (k-12 or higher ed.); general commercial experience is transferrable
- Proficiency in Revit and knowledge of AutoCAD are required
- Licensure or on track towards licensure is a plus, but not required
- Ability to produce full construction document sets independently
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.06
