Description:
Client is seeking a talented and creative Design Technician to join the team and help bring clients' vision to life. You will play a critical role in the design and planning process for new residential projects with the opportunity to work on all phases of design.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Principals and PM's to understand client vision and requirements.
- Develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, renderings and sections, and construction documents.
- Utilize building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental impact assessments to inform design decisions.
- Coordinate with consultants and professionals to ensure timelines are met.
