Description:
Currently seeking an experienced project manager with /-5 years of professional experience and at least one year of project management experience, design experience preferred. Project Managers are a primary point of contact for Client and are a valued member of the design team providing key facilitation, guidance, input and consultant coordination with the entire project team. This multifaceted role requires excellent design perspective with balanced business judgement. Firm specializes in major maintenance and upgrade projects of PreK-12 educational facilities, some transportation, and occasional work in the military and corporate sectors.

Possible Additional Benefits:
Hybrid schedule - First 6 weeks are in office 9 am to 5 pm 5 days per week, then 2-3 days a week in office located in West Linn. Will pay 32 hours towards time required for testing is candidate pursues architecture license. PM will oversee $5-$6 million project overseeing maintenance and upgrades of existing K-12 educational facilities. Searching for long-term team members that share same values.
