What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automation Test Engineers position at Actalent?

My name is Fernando with Actalent. Right now I am in search for a Automation Test Engineer. Please see below on the details of the role.
Description:
- Automate Functional and Sub-system Integration Tests on certain components including Software Update Manager, Application Management according to the appropriate client directive (test plan, coverage, etc).
- Work closely with client stakeholder for gathering test plans including test cases, use cases, directives.
- Ensuring the machines are up and running, ensuring the devices connected to the machines are in working order, troubleshooting machines/devices that are failing by doing root cause analysis, defect reporting, developing fixes.
- Performing defect verification where applicable, developing enhancements (for performance, reliability, etc).
- Automate Sub-system Integration Tests that are created to verify that functionalities of a given component/feature remain un-interrupted and error free at a multi-modular (system) level similar to FNV2.
- Responsible for end-to-end creation of tests including design, debug, and validation of test automation
- Follow the guidelines set by client for developing test automation scripts.
- Leverage client’s automation framework and use python scripts for automation
- Debug failures to assess the root cause of failures and only valid defects to be entered into the defect tracking system, JIRA.
- Create and share summary reports of test results via email and/or tool, Test Rail
- Investigate all reported valid failures (defects), re-create failures as recommended to provide additional details related to the failures including logs and verify regression testing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Computer Science, or similar discipline is preferred)
- software testing experience focused on IOT, web services.
- Experience with SW testing and using Test Rail, Atlassian Jira
- Internship / project level Software testing experience
- Experience with SW flashing in the embedded controller devices and diagnostic codes.
