Job Title: Digital Delivery / BIM Manager

Job Description: As a Digital Delivery Lead / BIM Manager, you will direct Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists, manage the digital model environment and deliverables, and understand how all disciplines interact to produce construction documents. You will work with the Project Manager to maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and project initiation procedure, establish server infrastructure, discipline models, and digital deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Direct Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists.
• Manage digital model environment and deliverables.
• Assist in generating and maintaining the DDP and project initiation procedure.
• Establish server infrastructure, discipline models, and digital deliverables.
• Support production teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Provide technical support and communicate deliverable schedules.
• Monitor model health and coordination processes.
• Mentor and guide team members.
• Oversee document management system and server infrastructure.
• Ensure team has necessary software, access, and training.
• Maintain model setup and company standards.
• Host Digital Delivery coordination meetings.
• Communicate and compile project digital deliverables.
• Archive projects at submittals and closeout.
• Engage in communication and presentations with management, staff, and clients.
• Mentor staff and provide guidance for Project Managers.
• Collaborate with other Digital Delivery Leads.

Essential Skills:

• Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Project Coordination
• Design and 3D Design
• Revit and Navisworks
• Architecture, Structural, MEP

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical degree or relevant experience.
• 5 years in digital design (BIM element authoring) and digital delivery (model management).
• Advanced skills in 3D design software, document management, and coordination tools.
• Familiarity with industry standards, discipline codes, and specifications.
• Basic automation and programming applications.
• Superior client service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and excellent work ethic.

Work Environment:

Individual will work in the office 3-5 days a week, following a 3 & 2 schedule with flexibility as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $70.00/hr.
