Description:
Amazon Robotics is seeking a skilled BIM (Building Information Modeling) Specialist. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing detailed 3D models and contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our construction of Amazon fulfillment centers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive 3D architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) models using Revit.
• Integrate and manage Point Cloud data within a Revit environment to ensure accuracy and up-to-date models.
• Utilize Autodesk Navisworks and ReCap for project visualization and data management.
• Conduct clash detection to identify and resolve potential issues in the design phase.
• Operate within the BIM360 / ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) platform to collaborate and coordinate with various project stakeholders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Revit for 3D modeling of architectural, structural, and MEP components.
• Experienced in working with Point Cloud data in a Revit environment.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Navisworks and Autodesk ReCap.
• Proven ability to run clash detections effectively.
• Knowledge of BIM360 / ACC platform is highly advantageous.
