Job Title: BIM Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Specialist with substantial experience in Revit and a strong background in 3D design software and document management infrastructure. The ideal candidate will hold a technical degree or possess a minimum of three years of related industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Revit and BIM tools for modeling and construction documentation.
• Coordinate projects using 3D coordination tools.
• Apply electrical and architectural concepts to design processes.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and models.
• Maintain effective communication and organizational skills to manage projects efficiently.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Revit, BIM, and Navisworks.
• Experience in electrical modeling and construction documentation.
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office products and communication tools.
• Intermediate understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD and design processes.

Work Environment

This is an onsite position located in an office setting with approximately 140 employees. The work environment emphasizes collaboration, teamwork, and a hands-on approach, fostering a culture where employees are encouraged to roll up their sleeves and work together. The preferred schedule is five days a week onsite.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
