Description:
The company currently is developing its clinical and commercial manufacturing capacity to support development and launch of these assets.
As this person will be a key member of the autologous cell therapy manufacturing program, a background in cell culture, aseptic gowning and qualification, and ISO class 5 cleanroom operations is strongly desired.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Experience in biopharmaceutical based GMP manufacturing operations, including experience in cell culture and associated downstream processing
- Upstream manufacturing including cell culture and cell processing, roller bottles
- Mammalian cell culture
- Maintain and expand multiple cell lines both adherent and suspension
- Downstream manufacturing including purification, AKTA chromatography
- Aseptic processing in cleanroom environments is a must
- GMP experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or some post-secondary education.
- 1 yrs of hands on cell processing experience OR downstream cell purification experience
- Hands on GMP experience
- Experience either in upstream cell manufacturing or downstream cell manufacturing
- Maintain and expand multiple cell lines both adherent and suspension
- mammalian cell culture
- AKTA
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of aseptic processing in cleanroom environments is a must.
- Experience gowning in clean room environment
