Job Title: Civil Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a civil engineer with a geotechnical experience to manage and maintain internal and external client relationships. The ideal candidate will lead engineers, mentor other engineering staff, perform engineering analysis, develop proposals for projects, and work in both the field and office/lab environments. The individual will manage material testing and geotechnical projects and perform various testing in the field and lab. The candidate must possess a PE license or be eligible to obtain one within six months and have preferably 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers and mentor other engineering staff.
• Perform engineering analysis.
• Develop proposals for projects.
• Work in the field as well as in the office/lab.
• Manage material testing and geotechnical projects.
• Perform different testing in the field as well as the lab.

Essential Skills

• 5 years of experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience on construction job sites
• Experience with material testing unique projects
• Knowledge of building materials

Work Environment

The CMT specialty crew will work outside in the field all day and must be comfortable on different job sites and in various weather conditions. The role offers potential growth into a project manager position and opportunities to gain more experience in different aspects of the field.e

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $77000.00 - $130000.00

When the candidate accepts the offer with client, they will be eligible to sign up for benefits though the client directly.

This is a fully onsite position in Bloomington,MN.
