Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Civil Site Design Engineer to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. The Civil Site Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing site plans for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. This role requires a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals to deliver high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop site plans and designs for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
- Perform site analysis and feasibility studies to determine project requirements.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project success.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering tools to create and modify designs.
- Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil site design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.67 - $57.69/hr.
