Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

An experienced Civil Construction Project Leader is required, with a comprehensive aptitude in civil construction and a proven ability to lead and successfully complete profitable infrastructure projects. This role will be pivotal in project execution, offering innovative ideas and solutions, and maintaining direct communication with clients/owners. The role involves setting project goals, procedures, and performance criteria to facilitate the timely and budget-friendly completion of construction projects.

Hard Skills

• 10 years project management experience (can flex to 8 years with relevant industry experience)
• Experience in civil, excavating, and underground utilities
• Knowledge of local specifications, contracts, and vendors
• Experience with procurement processes, contract management, and cost control
• Technical guidance in planning and estimating
• Project scheduling and quality control
• Risk management and mitigation

Soft Skills

• Leadership and team coordination
• Strong communication and relationship-building with clients/owners
• Problem-solving and innovative thinking
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to set and achieve project goals

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Vancouver, British Columbia.
