Job Title: Construction Estimator

Job Description

This firm delivers high-quality preconstruction services, owner representations, construction management, design-build, and general contracting services. They want to contribute their expertise form the beginning to the end of the entire construction process. Their team is focused on quality, value, and dependability. They believe that their team members are the most valuable resource and are excited to grow the team with this position.

They are looking to add a construction estimator to the Grand Rapids team. This person will oversee all aspects of the estimating steps, and will manage the process to ensure the estimate is successfully reviewed, scoped, and completed on or before the due date. They will support projects including industrial, office, worship, education, municipal, retail, and multifamily. There is an additional location in southern Florida that they will get the opportunity to support as well.

Job Type

This is a contract to hire position with an initial contract duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Work Environment

This individual will sit out of the Grand Rapids, MI office. They will work anywhere from 40-45 hours a week. Must be willing to travel on rare occasions, only a few times a year, in support of the Florida location.
