Description:
An engineering firm in St. Louis is looking for Construction Material Testing Technicians that would be involved in testing and inspections of various construction materials on construction sites and in the materials laboratory. The technician provides support of a highly complex and responsible nature, interfacing regularly, comfortably, and confidently with various levels both inside and outside the firm. Assisting with quality control, soil testing and concert pours at construction sites.
Will be responsible for pulling samples of concrete, soil, and asphalt on construction sites. The Field Tech may also be responsible for communicating the results of the materials tests to the client onsite. Communication skills will be used to navigate relationships on the construction site.
