Job Title: Customer Outreach/ROW Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking candidates to join our Customer Outreach team in the Miami/Dade area. In this role, you will support the FPL Storm Secure Underground Program by connecting with service customers, explaining the SSUP, and obtaining necessary documents and signatures for utility easements to close out these FPL projects. This is a driving role where you will be responsible for contacting each property owner to discuss the project and proposed equipment placement. Your duties will also include ongoing communication with property owners and property occupants throughout all stages of the project, organizing and submitting documents electronically to the support team, and coordinating special projects as assigned. You may also be required to accommodate other times for some customers.

This is a contract position with a duration of 9 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Miami Gardens, Florida.
Work Environment
This position will primarily be field-based in the Miami area, using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided). Working hours are Tuesday - Saturday from 10AM-7PM. Field attire includes jeans and steel-toe boots. PPE (Shirt, Vest, etc) will be provided. Company equipment and phone will be issued, though you may need to use your personal phone in the interim.
